Last weekend assignment

⊆ 7:38 PM by Radius | , . | ˜ 6 jealous craps »

Well,
My mom is coming back home tonight and might be by the time that you read this, she's already home with me. She's coming home permanently and she'll be living with me in Cheras. I'm more than happy for my mom to be home as I feel better when she's around and i would be more in control of myself. Love you mama.

One big thing that I have behind my head is that I need another car. My next car would make me relying on my mom almost 40% to pay for it and i'll continue the rest of the instalment from my monthly salary. Seriously I dont even know how much money will my mom fork in for my next car. I'm hoping at least roughly 40% of the car's price. I'm looking for more of a daily drive car where i would be driving to office back and fro and if possible will be driving to Kedah with my mom once in a while. Even though it's primarily for first car, but I dont mind to drive a beaten up kancil to office everyday and take my baby car out only for the weekend (that means my baby car would be my second car for those who lacks of understanding). Well, you know dating..... drifting and racing if possible :D :D :D (besar angan angan). Running cost is the highest priority and that includes insurance, road tax, fuel consumptions and maintenance. For example, a 1 year road tax for a 2 litres engine is Rm 3++ but 2.5 liters engine is Rm 1700 (there goes Skyline from my list). So, thats among the consideration that i put in mind. Another consideration is that fuel price is expected to double next year.

I've been eying on Alfa Romeo 156 2.0 Selespeed for quite some time and Dieba's sister was putting on sale once and it went for RM 50K. The maintenance for Italian car always expensive and not sure if i'm really up to it. Why 156 Selespeed? Well, it's more of killing 2 birds in 1 stone. Its sporty and yet 4 doors and enough rooms for back seat passenger. It could be a good car for a long term. The car's age is roughly from 2000 to 2003 and price range is between Rm 50K to RM 70K depending on mileage and condition.

Another car that I thought might be a good choice is that Volvo S40. For me, S40 is not a bad idea. I can get it very cheap here in Malaysia for roughly RM 40K to RM 55K thanks to low second hand value for Volvo cars. The maintenance is high and fuel consumption is as well high. The upside of the car is that its very comfortable and durable. Engine size is 2.0 and comes with 2 versions; turbo and non-turbo and turbo car is roughly RM 5K more expensive than non-turbo car. The design of the car is not really that bad as it doesnt really potraits the old style of Volvo but more into young executive kinda style. So, it fits me well. The year of the car is between 1999 to 2001.

Another piece of equipment that caught my eyes was Toyota Rav4. You can't go wrong with Rav4. The retail second hand value for year 2000 - 2002 is roughly from RM 70K to RM 100K. Engine size is 1.8 and 2.0 automatic. I found it's cute and im not really sure how it will fit into my lifestyle but somehow I like it. What do you think? Feul consumption is not bad as its not as light as normal car. So, expect to pay a little extra for feul. I think its well priced compared to the original price when it's brand new. So, i might be considering this one.

Let's move into a higher end grunt car.

Silvia has been my dream car for a while. I'm not eyeing on Spec R, even Spec S Silvia S15 will do. Had been dreaming that car since i was 19 while playing it in Gran Tourismo 2 on my PS1. Silvia S15 is a drifter's dream car next to Toyota Ae86. Had been dreaming of owning and drifting it. Sigh. Please please please make it affordable!!!.Actually I already sat and drove this car once with my mom next to me while we were in JB. That was when I havent bought my house in Cheras yet. Was comparing this car and Toyota MR-s which my mom likes best. Its has 2 litres engine (SR20DET, oh mama.... droll) and can be choose either Turbo or NA with rear wheel drive layout. Imagine having a Vielside GT Wing and deep dish rim at the back. DROLLLL!!!!!!. What a sweet car!!!. The weight distribution is PERFECT thus becoming the most popular car for drifters. It's a fast car, the response was fast and I can't think of any reason why shouldnt i drive this car if I can afford it. This car is priced between Rm 100K and Rm 140K which puts it in the same category as Skyline R34 GTT which as well falls into my consideration. The year of the car is 2001 till 2003.

Another one that at the end of the consideration is Honda Integra DC5 Type R. The power of Naturally Aspirated, heavily tuned V-Tech engine with 7000 RPM at the readline. The reason why it's at the bottom of the list is that it's just too bloody EXPENSIVE. The price range is RM 120K to RM 170K and for that price i can even get an S2000 or even an NSX!!!!! But for sure it's a a sweet car with its heavily tuned 2.0 engine, the perfect car on the road for sure. Champion white(trademark color for Type R cars), with nice black GT-Wing at the back is just marvellous. I dont think i would wanna buy it even if I can afford it as the price is just too high and you can get almost similar car with lots cheaper price. Bloody Honda. Can somebody please donate it one to me please? please please super please?

Few cars that already out of my list are Fiat coupe which somehow right now is just too ugly for me(as in my mood, but somehow its the cheapest sport car that is affordable which puts it back to my consideration list as a back up plan hahahhahahahah), Mazda RX7 FD which the rotary engine is not stable and cost lots of problems, Honda Civic EK9 which I think I better end up with Alfa Romoe 156 rather than something that's 10 years old but still hot. Latest Celica is not a bad idea but the design is somehow too futuristic, not really into my liking. Altezza is not a bad idea even though its not very much in use anymore at the moment.. i might consider it.. and i might not.... VIOS? uhm.... yeah... well....NO!!!!

If you are reading this, thats means either you are one of my friends, my girlfriend (hey princess!!!) or my X-girlfriends :p :p then the possibility of you sitting on the passenger seat is high. Then, cast your vote as which car you prefer the best and i'll consider it and will start to nag my mom once i make my decision. Once voted, please dont forget to pray for me to get that car and leave me a message saying that you already pray for it as I will take you for a ride once I own the car. Promise. Dead serious.

p/s: Gemuk, fyi, you and your obession to Triton is not appreciated. Please come up with a better suggestion. Hahahahahahha padan muka

Crapping

My Raya Resolution

Well, Hari Raya just passed and somehow didn’t mean much to me at least this year’s Raya. First Hari Raya I end up sleeping at home and then do the laundry, clean the kitchen, vacuuming the carpet at lounge and you know, all sorts of housework stuffs. Not much mood for celebrating and the spirits were somehow not there. Listen to several Raya songs and bored like heck. They’ve been singing the same song again and again since I was young except different singer.

On the Raya morning itself, early morning to be exactly, I was with Triple S lepaking at Mc Donalds till dunno when. Think I arrived home around 3:30 that morning. Well spent time. Second Hari Raya was better. Went to Bukit Tinggi (Pahang, next to Genting) and met with Sue Ann and her family there. Bukit Tinggi was kinda interesting with theme villages like Colmar Tropicale (French Village) and Japanese Village. I was at Colmar, brought my comic books with me and tried to find a place to sit in one of the cafes but they were too many people that day that I couldn’t even find a seat to sit and the rain was pouring the whole afternoon. Rather than waiting for the rain to cool down, I decided to head down and drive back home. Ajoy called me while I was back at home and met him at his place later that night and end up beraya at his place. It was nice eating burasak and ketupat and as I havent had that for quite some time.

Raya Resolution
These are my raya resolutions
• I will hold myself from smoking when I’m with my mom and Triple S. That means if I’m beside Triple S for 24 hours straight, I wouldn’t be smoking for 24 hours.
• I won’t smoke inside my house except inside my room and outside of the house.
• Less alcohol. Less to the level of once a month or none within a month (30 days).
• Will focus more into work and start to plan for my next 10 years plan.
• Will appreciate people more and will treat them the way they should be treated.
• Drive slower and try to organize my time better (usually, fast driving = bad time management).
• Every time when I’m not doing anything, try to think what I should be doing by that time that would improve quality of my life.
• Workout. Start to move my muscle in gym, badminton or by cycling.
• Will make sure everyday after I wake up, the first thing to do after I put my feet on the floor is to do push up.
• I will try to be more discipline and stricter to myself (in spending, entertainment and self improvement) after this.

Well, I can see that this pre-new year resolution is focusing a lot into mental improvement and discipline which are lacking in my life. I really hope these resolutions are giving me an overview of how I will look like in the next decade. It’s all improvement. I’m going to improve slowly after this.

Below are some pictures which I took in the last few days and today.

p/s: Dont ask me why does the pictures go down below. I tried to fix it up on the HTML but it just doesnt work. Stupid template. It just that if you upload the pictures before writing anything it will somehow put 2 extra break lines on the top and you cant even remove it.

In The Wake

⊆ 12:39 PM by Radius | , . | ˜ 0 jealous craps »

In the wake of raya, lots of stuffs did happened as I think to prove the existence of God. Monetary problem and cleaning up my personal life from people who carries headache are the main agenda and somehow are the biggest challenge that I had to face yesterday, today and the coming next few weeks. Well life sucks hey... they do sucks. I knew that I was playing with fire since the beginning. I knew that and it was possible for me to pull myself away by that time but decided to play look and see. It was a stupid decision that I made and I regret it. Now, i'm battling to remove it from my life. Shit. Should have listen to my inner self before. Should have.

Anyway few good stuffs happened as well at the same time anyway..... like... Sani from JB called me. I havent met him for like.. 7 years. He's one of my cycling mate for JB team. We were having a good time chatting together on the phone and catching up stories regarding Pak Din, Mat Taib, Peie, Faizal and the rest. I do miss these guys and always remind me back to my old time. The second good thing happened was that I picked up my glasses yesterday. My Armani glasses. I like it even though i found the Armani emblem was kinda huge (Triple S called it Bling Bling hahahahha) anyway it was cool. It was cool. On the way picking up my glasses my X called and was saying that she has several free cigars for me(she works for Cigar import export company). Well, i havent had cigars for 2 months so far as i was saving my money and now... 5 sticks of free cigars... hand rolled :D :D Thank you very much.

So, it was mixed of feelings yesterday that i was almost down to the floor pressured and then added more headaches (seriously headache is the last thing i wanna have in my head when im pressured) and i tend to flip easily if i'm pushed during my down time. Some people are just too blurred to understand this. So, during those times then comes all the happiness that soothes me down like crapping while having dinner with "the one" and free cigars is another one that did spark my life. Thank you for all the troubles and love. I mean it. Thank you again.

Selamat Hari Raya
I would like to wish Selamat Hari Raya to all readers, my friends and enemies (which I have a lot) and Maaf Zahir dan Batin. Please drive safely to your hometown, do not speed and please follow the speed limit as been set on the road which has been reduced to avoid more fatality during festive season (Highway: 180KM/H, Normal Road: 150KM/H). Please check your car before the journey and make sure the handbrake are working properly which are needed for front wheel drifting and the car's spoiler are GT Wing as been approved by Wangan Underground Racer Association. I wish you have a safe journey heading back to your hometown and back to your place. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri dan Maaf Zahir Dan Batin.

Lagu raya for u guys called Suasana Hari Raya. My plan for raya? Me and Miss Triple S has decided to drift together in the middle of KL when nobody is around. I'll be driving my Honda City and Triple S with her Toyota. Check Buletin Utama on first and second night of raya to see if our face are there.

This song represent a Hari Raya open house so by putting this song it means that i'm not entitled to have another open house after this for this raya. Consider this as my open house. Enjoy the song and your own raya cookies :D :D

Last minute decision

⊆ 1:25 PM by Radius | , . | ˜ 1 jealous craps »

This is my last minute decision. My mom just asked me money yesterday and just transfered it to her just now. Now, i'm SUPER broke. I know that lots of people cant understand what SUPER broke means as I need to satisfy their needs but let me tell you. This raya, I'll be here in KL. I might be breaking lots of hearts but this is my decision. I HAVE 2 FUCKING more weeks to survive with my money and none of you can make me head back to kampung. No, i don't regret giving my mom money. I'll give her my life if she wants to. No regret. So, just to inform you all... i'll be here in KL this raya.

EDIT: Just spoken with my mom on the phone just now. She just put another 20K into an investment with some Datuk and some of that money were coming from my bank account that she asked yesterday. That 20K is for legal fees to get out 100K from that investment. You know what? My heart just about to stop beating and my body shivers. Seriously. I just feel like wanna faint. With all the problems around me at the moment, seriously you look too small to me right now. I can just scream till you lost your sanity. Seriously, please stay away from me while im in trouble. I might celebrate my Hari Raya with alcohol instead. Shit....

Cooking - Ketam Masak Air

⊆ 9:08 AM by Radius | . | ˜ 9 jealous craps »

Welcome to the second edition of Cooking with Chef Hatim.

clap!! clap!! clap!!

Thank you, thank you very much. In today's edition, I will show you how to cook Ketam Masak Air or known in English as Crab Is Cooking (Boiling) Water. We always thought it's very hard to cook crab as its complicated but seriously they are not, its a lot complicated eating them than cooking them. So, if you managed to eat your crab then you should be able to cook your crab.

clap!! clap!! clap!!

Thank you, thank you. Actually i wrote this script myself. Please take note of that. Any question so far?

Q: How can i differentiate between a crab and a chainsaw?
Crab... uhm... yeah... well... its something salty with claws. So, try to lick each item and if it tastes salty and with claws, the probability of you holding a ketam is high.

Q: Oh... never thought of that. Thank you very much, you are the saviour of my life

ok... ok.. ok... cut the crap. I dunno what do they teach at school nowadays, kids dun even know the basic to differentiate items by licking them. Ok, now lets start cooking

Before we start messing up with our kitchen, we should clean it up first. No point to mess a kicthen thats already messy. So, take some time to clean up and make it look like..............

THIS!!!!

Well, these are the ingredients for the dish as u can see there are 3 crabs, 2 onions, 2 lemongrasses and a chilli.

Now, wash and slice the chilly like this.

Peel and cut the onion into 4. But do not cut it through, leave it connected as whole. The reason we cut it that way so that its easier for the juice of the onions to come out. So, be gentle with your knife.

Peel, cut and wash your lemon grass. Which part to cut? both ways, top and down. After cutting the down part of the lemongrass and washed, try to hit the lower part of it with something heavy so that it kemek a little bit. The purpose of doing it is the same as the onions, to let the juice flows easily.

The next thing to do is to clean the crabs. This is how to clean it. Hold the front of the crab (where the eyes are) with both of your hands where your left hand is holding the top side of the shell and your right hand is holding the lower part of the shell. Then try to pull them away slowly and it should open. You might need to use a bit force to pull them open together. May the force be with you. Once it open, rinse it with water so that all the dirts are removed from the crab / shell.

Now, put all of our ingredients into a saucepan. All of them. I prefer to stack / sort crabs on the lower part of the sauce pan and then the rest of the ingredients. You, all of them... yes.. just chuck everything inside there. Good. Now, add up some water and make sure it covers the whole thing... It must cover the whole thing while to much water will make the soup taste a bit bland. So, not too much.. and not too less :D :D Put the sauce pan on the stove, lit the fire and let the soup boil for about 10 minutes. Then add salts, taste the soup... add some more if its not enough. leave it for about 2 or 3 minutes and.....

SERVE!!! Please note that Ketam Masak Air DOES NOT COME with complimentary white rice, fried anchovies and remote controls. Just because i havent teach you how to fry anchovies and cook rice doesnt necessarily mean it comes with this dish automatically. If you dont know how to cook white rice, you can either go to the closest restaurant accessible to you and buy white rice from them or... you can always walk to your neighbor's place, carry an empty plate and ask for white rice(u need to work out of your face expression on this trick). Compared to the fried anchovies where it might be a bit harder for you to have an access to it as its hardly being sold in a restaurant, you can always exchange it with bicycle chain or car's sport rim.

Seriously this dish is so easy to make (a lot easier than Cucur Kentang) and so tasty. I managed to finish 3 plates of white rice when eating this. Oh God... it was heaven.

All the best
Good luck!!!

Clap!! Clap!!! Clap!!
Thank you.. thank you very much. Au Revoir.

5th Date

⊆ 3:53 AM by Radius | . | ˜ 19 jealous craps »

Managed to get my sampin, my songkok and my butang baju all under 1 umbrella (stall). Hahahah how effective is shopping like that? Took us (me and Triple S) less than 15 minutes to get all done. I'm proud of myself. That's what i call... Efficient Shopping. Had our dinner at Korean BBQ in Taipan (yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy). Havent had that since i left Australia. Triple S seems to like it even though its was her first time having it. After dinner, we continue our date in Cheras at mamak. Actually we were waiting for Cinderella to arrive. Her curfew is 11PM and she arrived 15 after 11. Tak makan saman punya Cinderella. The Cinderella is Huda (my old story :D ) and she arrived with her girlfriend and Saiful (one of my mate from Desa Bakti, UTM). Had a nice chat with them and it was fun catching up with them. We head off around 12 back to Klang, end up checking Botanic real estate. Triple S is considering to get a house there and somehow to me, its a very nice neighborhood with the largest Jusco in South East Asia just next door. Good investment :D
We finalized our night at Station 1 in Bukit Tinggi. Had a drink there and continued our chat. During our chat, If you are reading this, I did ask you(Miss Triple S) a question that I do need the answer. I didnt push for the answer because i want to give you more time to think about it. I do not really need the answer if it's not really that pushy at the moment but with my current situation, I think I need more sign of what's I'm involving myself to. Not asking for a definite answer of it (please take more time to think about it) but, just a little sign that will make me stay. That's all. I'm asking this as things would be more complicated after this on my side. Just to let you know.
Sorry if this pressure and disturb your day.

The Value of a Drink

And saving the best for last, as explained by Cliff Clavin, of Cheers.
One afternoon at Cheers, Cliff Clavin was explaining the Buffalo Theory to his buddy Norm.
Here's how it went:

"Well ya see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

WARNING: The consumption of alcohol may make you think you are whispering when you are not
After reading all of the above, I have a new personal rule, "I WILL NO LONGER WORK DURING DRINKING HOURS."
